Robert regularly provides advice and guidance to entrepreneurs, financial institutions and corporations of all sizes. His practice is focused primarily on commercial transactions including business acquisitions, sales and financing, corporate reorganizations and tax planning, as well as commercial real estate transactions. Robert also has extensive experience dealing with various aspects of franchise law, acting for both franchisors and franchisees on matters dealing with disclosure, franchise agreements and dispute resolution.
Outside of work, Robert has been a member of the Codiac Regional Policing Authority, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of various non-profit organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Moncton Inc., The Moncton Regional Council Inc., Laubach Literacy New Brunswick Inc., Making Waves Vague par Vague Inc., and Partners for Youth Inc. He is especially interested in youth and literacy, and has continuously focused his volunteer and community efforts to these causes in various ways.
