Bryan joined Bingham Law after articling at a boutique personal injury litigation firm in Moncton which gave him extensive experience in insurance litigation from the Plaintiff’s side. Bryan chose to join Bingham Law due to the firm’s reputation and the opportunity to expand his skillset into insurance defence and commercial litigation. Bryan is detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to shifting expectations.
While attending law school, Bryan volunteered through Pro Bono Students Canada assisting a non-profit with legal research and drafting testamentary documents for lower income individuals. Bryan was also a participant in the Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot and completed a directed research project on the topic of tax avoidance and statutory interpretation.
During his undergrad in neuroscience Bryan worked as a teaching assistant, was involved in student government, assisted with the development of an online version of Dalhousie University’s first year psychology courses, and completed a research project on the effectiveness of online learning. Bryan also served as a committee member for the Halifax branch of Brain Awareness Week – a non-profit that aims to bring to bring neuroscience-related information to the public.
