  • Real Estate Legal Assistant


This full-time position as Legal Assistant involves the preparation of standard documents relevant to residential real estate. Experience in corporate real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and financing or willingness to learn will be considered an asset. The position also requires quick, accurate dictation abilities, professional and polite interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management skills, the ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.


The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), as well as Lighthouse accounting or other similar accounting software (PC Law). Bilingualism would be an asset but is not required.
